39 week OB checkup on tues revealed that i am 1cm dilated, which is basically a big fat nothing. head is still down, but not down far enough. i'm still "carrying high" and he/she has not "dropped yet."
this is all leaving me to believe that at some point the bottom will literally drop out. i just hope i'm not wearing nice shoes when this happens.
and the tender meat part around my belly button is looking woefully inadequate to keep this baby in. i swear i can see through the skin. robb keeps touching it and trying to encourage the baby to "come on out this way." kill. kill. kill.
